Mike's focus is on commercial litigation and construction law. He frequently represents clients in large, multi-party disputes in litigation and arbitration. Representative cases involved arenas and stadiums, the partition of ranch property, and the defense of a residential real estate developer. Mike negotiates and drafts contracts for clients in the construction industry, where his litigation experience provides insight on how to reduce his client's exposure to claims and disputes. Mike's married (he's known his wife since the fifth grade) and has three children.
