John Rosenberg specializes in business litigation and creditor representation in bankruptcy cases. John has tried jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts and represented clients in numerous arbitrations. He has represented both employers and employees in cases involving a variety of matters, including trade secrets and non-compete agreements, wrongful discharge and other employment issues. He has been in many cases involving real estate, copyright, trademarks, patents, lender liability, condemnation, partnership disputes, and fraudulent transfers. He has represented banks and financial institutions and other lenders, manufacturers, individuals, physicians, and medical groups in a variety of matters including not only litigation but in drafting contracts, for example, to protect and license intellectual property and employment agreements including restrictive covenants.
