After three years active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps, including service as Chief Trial Counsel, 1st Marine Division, Paul Underkofler enjoyed a solo practice in Dallas for 13 years and 37 years as a co-founding partner of Goins, Underkofler, Crawford & Langdon LLP, before joining four of his former partners in that firm in an of counsel relationship with Rosenberg | Paschall | Johnson LLP.

Paul's primary practice area is commercial construction. He represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers in all aspects of construction contract formations and controversies. Paul has lectured at construction seminars sponsored by the State Bar of Texas, University of Texas Law School, AGC, ASA, AIA Dallas, Engineering News-Record, and the chapters of various construction trade associations. He has also been selected as arbitrator for business valuation and construction controversies and as mediator of residential, commercial, and industrial construction disputes.
